Aspire Digital Group (Thailand) is expanding its HR and workforce services through Zinga HRM, our hospitality-focused HR solutions platform. Based in our Bangkok office, the HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting Australian operations remotely — managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance with Australian workplace standards, and delivering workforce solutions across hospitality, digital, and professional industries.

AI Literacy Requirement
All candidates must demonstrate comfort and practical experience working with AI tools and productivity platforms. This includes — but is not limited to — large language models such as Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and ChatGPT (OpenAI), as well as AI-assisted workflows for research, content drafting, data analysis, and process automation. Aspire Digital Group operates in an AI-first environment and expects all team members to embrace and leverage these tools as part of their daily work.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing- Manage domestic and international recruitment campaigns including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee the recruitment of virtual assistants, project-based staff, and skilled workers for Australian clients and Aspire Group entities.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, visa, and migration requirements for all Australian placements.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and ATS platforms to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate communications.
HR Operations & Compliance- Support onboarding, contract preparation, payroll coordination, and HR documentation for Australian-based employees and contractors.
- Maintain compliance with Australian workplace regulations, the Hospitality Industry Award, and VISA sponsorship requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with Fair Work standards and industry best practices.
Employee Engagement & Support- Provide ongoing HR support to Australian teams and clients, including assistance with conflict resolution and performance management.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and workforce upskilling opportunities.
- Monitor retention, feedback, and wellbeing of deployed and placed staff.
Business Development Support- Assist the Zinga HRM team in preparing proposals, contracts, and client workforce solutions.
- Support Australian operations with HR insights to strengthen recruitment, retention, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to build scalable HR systems and processes to support Zinga HRM’s growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR management, recruitment, or workforce services.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, visa sponsorship frameworks, and award interpretation across hospitality and professional services.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT for HR research, document drafting, and workflow automation — this is a must!
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS platforms, and remote collaboration tools (Odoo, Slack, Zoom, or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities across international time zones.
